Your sugar is different! It is excellent! Does not affect my blood sugar like the other coconut sugars! What is that other stuff anyway? How do they get away with calling it coconut sugar anyway? Please don't change, you are the genuine article!!!!

Hi, I have to tell you, I purchased the less expensive Madhava coconut sugar heavily advertised on the internet everywhere you search and compared it to your Tropical Sweet brand since I am an ardent user of coconut sugar. Madhava is very sweet, your're right, too sweet, it doesn't taste like coconut sugar. They compare their glycemic index to that of table sugar nullifying the true essence of coconut sugar, being GI 35. It is a shame they disgrace coconut sugar as they did with their low-grade Agave Nectar but that is to be expected from Walmart brands. It also amazes me that all these internet search engines point you to the same basic low-grade stuff. Thank-you Tropical Sweet for a great and true product, it is delicious and definitely pure. Repeat customer.

Bought it, baked with it, it is the best! Great for baking, great for healthy cookies and pecan swirls, complements pecans just incredible. Yum!!

I have tried most of the other brands of coconut sugar so I purchased both the light and the bold from Tropical Sweet. I definitely prefer the Tropical Sweet brand over all the others. I especially like the bold, it seems to have a fuller flavor yet not too sweet. The light is also good, it has a happy clean taste.
